Queen Mother Shirley Reddricks, Red Hat Hootr's (formerly Royal Red Hat Mammas), has returned to St. Petersburg after a few years in Osceola, Ind. tending to her sick husband. She is enjoying Hatting again and felt that she wanted to contribute to our sisterhood in a meaningful way.
